President’s WELCOME
On behalf of the outstanding women of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, Omicron Mu Omega Chapter, I am pleased to welcome you to our website. The members of this exemplary chapter have served the Dallas metroplex with enthusiasm and steadfastness since 1984. Throughout our site, you will find our chapter’s focus on Service to All Mankind highlighted along with our chapter history, leadership, Cachet Youth Group information, upcoming events and international Soaring to Greater Heights of Service and Sisterhood initiatives.
Our international program initiatives were set forth by our 2022-2026 International President, and fellow chapter member, Danette Anthony Reed. Through this program we endeavor to empower families and youth, build knowledge and wealth, improve the environment, engage in social justice and uplift the communities we serve. We also remain dedicated to local initiatives that address education, domestic violence, the elderly, hunger, homelessness and poverty.

Our chapter is home to more than 640 dynamic, P.O.L.I.S.H.E.D., hard-working, and service-oriented women. We are proud to sponsor two undergraduate chapters, Theta Theta Chapter located at Paul Quinn College, and Sigma Kappa Chapter located at the University of Texas at Dallas.

It is a tremendous honor and a privilege to serve as the 2023-2024 president of Omicron Mu Omega Chapter, where service and sisterhood are ingrained in everything we do. We are grateful that you have taken the time to visit our site and we hope to see you at our events.
In Sisterhood and Service to All Mankind,
